These terms govern your use of PeakCart, operated by ReachPeak Technologies. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

PeakCart is an e-commerce platform for online stores. We provide the software; you run the business.

2. Your Account

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account security
  • Must be 18+ or legal age
  • One person/entity per account (multiple stores on eligible plans)

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use PeakCart to:

  • Sell illegal products
  • Infringe intellectual property
  • Send spam
  • Interfere with the platform
  • Resell access without authorization

4. Payments & Billing

  • Billed monthly or annually
  • Zero commission on sales
  • Razorpay fees charged by Razorpay, not us
  • Prices in INR
  • Advance notice of pricing changes

5. Your Data

  • Your store data belongs to you
  • Export anytime
  • 30-day retention after cancellation
  • We won't sell or share except per Privacy Policy

6. Uptime & Support

We publish real uptime at status.reachpeak.in. 24/7 support on paid plans.

7. Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from dashboard
  • No cancellation fees
  • Access until end of billing period
  • Data retained 30 days, then deleted

8. Limitation of Liability

PeakCart is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes

Material changes communicated with 30 days' notice.
