Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At PeakCart (operated by ReachPeak Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription and request a refund. We believe in transparency and fairness — no hidden clauses, no fine print tricks.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new paid subscriptions (Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans) come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with PeakCart for any reason within the first 7 days of activating your paid plan, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

To claim the 7-day guarantee: Email support@reachpeak.in or WhatsApp +91 62906 78045 with your account email and the reason for your refund request (optional). Refunds under this guarantee are processed within 5-7 business days.

The 7-day period begins on the date of your first successful subscription payment, not the date of account creation or free trial activation.

3. Monthly Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation can be initiated through the PeakCart dashboard (Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan) or by contacting support@reachpeak.in.

Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to all features and your data until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days within the current billing month after the 7-day guarantee window.

Your store will continue to function normally until the end of the billing period. After that, your account will be moved to a limited-access mode where you can view and export your data but cannot process new orders.

Your data (products, customers, orders, settings) is preserved for 30 days after the end of your last billing period. During this window, you can reactivate your subscription or export your data. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

4. Annual Subscription Cancellation

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. The refund terms depend on when you cancel:

Within 7 days of payment: Full refund under our 7-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked.

After 7 days but within 3 months: Pro-rated refund for the remaining months. For example, if you cancel after 2 months of a 12-month plan, you receive a refund for the remaining 10 months minus a 10% early cancellation fee.

After 3 months: No monetary refund, but you retain full access to the Services until the end of your annual billing period.

To request an annual plan refund, email support@reachpeak.in with your account email and the reason for cancellation.

5. Plan Downgrades

You may downgrade your subscription plan at any time (e.g., from Growth to Starter). The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If downgrading results in exceeding the limits of the new plan (e.g., more products than the Starter plan allows), you will be notified and given 14 days to adjust your store accordingly.

No refunds are issued for plan downgrades within the current billing period.

6. Plan Upgrades

You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately.

For monthly plans, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period, and then the full new plan rate from the next billing cycle.

For annual plans, the prorated difference for the remaining months will be calculated and charged as a one-time adjustment.

7. Free Trial

PeakCart may offer free trial periods for new users. During the trial, you have access to the full feature set of the selected plan.

No payment is required to start a free trial. You will not be charged unless you explicitly choose to activate a paid plan after the trial ends.

If you do not activate a paid plan, your account will be moved to a limited-access mode at the end of the trial period. Your data is preserved for 30 days.

8. Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the subscription (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.). The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).

Razorpay's payment processing fees are non-refundable as they are charged by Razorpay directly and are outside PeakCart's control.

GST collected on the refunded amount will also be refunded. A credit note will be issued for your records.

Refunds for international payments (if any) will be processed in the original currency and amount. Exchange rate differences are not compensated.

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds: (a) Custom development work or Enterprise integrations that have been delivered; (b) WhatsApp Business API message costs charged by Meta; (c) Razorpay payment processing fees; (d) Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy; (e) Domain registration fees (if applicable).

10. Exceptions & Disputes

We reserve the right to deny refund requests from accounts that show patterns of abuse, including repeated subscribing and cancelling to exploit the 7-day guarantee.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied, you may escalate your request by emailing support@reachpeak.in with the subject line "Refund Dispute." We will review escalated requests within 48 hours and provide a final decision.

For unresolved disputes, you may follow the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service.
