Refund Policy

Simple: if you're not happy, we don't want your money.

1. Subscription Refunds

• Monthly: Cancel anytime. No refund for current month, no further charges.
• Annual: Pro-rata refund of unused months if cancelled within first 3 months.
• Free: Nothing to refund.

2. How to Cancel

Cancel from dashboard settings. No phone call, no retention specialist. Just cancel.

3. After Cancellation

• Store accessible until end of billing period
• Export data anytime, including after cancelling
• Data retained 30 days, then permanently deleted

4. Payment Processing Fees

Razorpay's fees are collected by Razorpay, not PeakCart. Non-refundable (third-party cost).
